Product Description
With mesmerizing colors and top preservation, you cannot improve upon this amazing PRIMARY right side fossil molar tooth from the extinct European Giant Deer Megaloceros giganteus (aka Irish Elk). A dark brown contrasting partial root is still attached to the high crown showing very little wear. Fine grade fossils of this massive beast are most difficult to find in today's market.
This specimen would also make a great compliment to a primitive man stone tool and weapon collection as they lived alongside each other in prehistory at one point, and were hunted and revered by both Neanderthal man and Cro-Magnon man.
