CLICK HERE TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THE WOOLLY RHINOCEROS
This is a lower thoracic fossil vertebra from one of the most famous beasts of the last Ice Age - the Woolly Rhinoceros. It was collected during fishing operations, from the Ice Age fossil-bearing ocean floor sediments of the North Sea, the Netherlands many years ago. It is virtually complete and in a remarkable, unbroken state. The vertebra was found intact and other than cleaning and sealing, is as it was originally found with a small amount of glued sediment attached to the top of the dorsal process. NO REPAIR OR RESTORATION and in EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION!
