From the time and region of some of North America's most famous and infamous dinosaurs including T. rex, this RARE set of fossil shark teeth date back to the same time and location during the Late Cretaceous Period of the Two Medicine Formation. Fossil shark teeth from the dinosaur era in this time and region, are RARE. Included in this set are the species Cretolamna which was one of the dinosaur era sharks that is not extinct. The waters of the inland ancient seas were likely rather shallow in most places and probably contributed to the sharks of this era and location, to be rather small in size.
This set includes 7 Cretaceous teeth, both complete and partials. They all would make a great addition to a dinosaur tooth collection of the same time. A great display to show other fauna that lived alongside dinosaurs of the time.
All are in their natural state AS FOUND and have These are the ONLY fossil shark teeth we have to offer from this location. Very rare despite many of their partial condition. AS FOUND with NO REPAIR OR RESTORATION.
