This is a great set to start out a child or for a teaching aid for educators. Containing 22 pieces, it comprises a variety of prehistoric sharks and mammals of Florida's past. There are fossil shark teeth from Isurus, Megalodon, Auriculatus, Sand Tiger and Hemipristis. There is a fantastic sawn tusk tip from a Columbian mammoth tusk. Finally, several fossil teeth from Giant Beaver are present including pieces from the large primary tusk incisor, one end broken to see the amazing growth structure inside! While some of the fossil shark teeth are partials, the smaller teeth are complete with some nice gems included!
