Product Description
This is a choice grade LARGE fossil tooth of a Mosaurus beaugei mosasaur from the Oulad Abdoun Basin of Morocco. It was dug from the Cretaceous phosphate mines comprising the Maastrichtian phosphates of the Ganntour Basin (Morocco).
The tooth is UNBROKEN and displays a beautiful naturally lustrous enamel. Superficial age fissures are present but are not breaks or repairs. This is the complete crown tooth from a massive mosasaur. The last of the large mosasaur teeth we will be offering.
