CLICK HERE TO LEARN MORE ABOUT TRILOBITES
From an old German private collection, we were fortunate to acquire a few of these now scarce trilobites from Bolivia. With current Bolivian laws forbidding any export of fossils, this wonderful example of a Hoekaspis megacantha from the Ordovician Period presents itself as a unique opportunity to acquire a species no longer available to collectors outside of that country. The entire fossil is 100% NATURAL. These trilobites were found in concretions of very hard rock. The concretions are broken open and the trilobite is found inside. Well preserved and with a natural colored carapace. Highly recommended for a collector desiring very unusual and hard to find species and/or provenances. The cracking is natural in the trilobite and there is typical repair but the fossil is 100% AUTHENTIC.
