The extinct Carcharocles angustidens species of shark is the first in the lineage of extinct Great White Sharks and is considered the second generation of giant White sharks preceding the notorious C. megalodon shark. This shark shows features of its teeth that later Meg dropped, namely, the cusplets flanking the crown. For the discriminating fossil shark tooth collector looking for only the finest specimens for an advanced collection, this is a COLLECTOR GRADE fossil Angustidens shark tooth. It shows a sharp, undamaged tip, excellent enamel, a complete root and overall, excellent preservation. It is complete and unbroken with both unbroken side cusplets. The naturally lustrous enamel is accentuated by the beautiful jet black root.
