CLICK HERE TO LEARN MORE ABOUT CARCHARODONTOSAURUS
This is an UNBROKEN genuine fossil dinosaur tooth from the largest predatory dinosaur known, Carcharodontosaurus saharicus. With extensive natural feeding wear, this tooth must have survived in the jaws of a large dinosaur for an extensive period of time after it first broke from a damaging meal. The serrations are crisp and the tooth is unbroken as shown but at some point, the tip broke, possibly during a struggle with a live meal or while crunching bones. Teeth are often shed but this one remained to become wonderfully polished. It would be fascinating to know how many meals it survived but it had to have been a very long time.
This specimen is UNBROKEN, with NO REPAIR and NO RESTORATION. From a massive beast chomping its way through prehistory. Enamel is a rich, burnt orange hue. A very reasonably priced specimen of fine quality to augment a DINOSAUR TOOTH collection from this dreaded predator of the past.
