The famous Cretaceous Kem Kem Red Beds in North Africa are well-known for a host of prehistoric vertebrate fossils.  This region in the Northern Sahara, was once a fertile floodplain teeming with all sorts of prehistoric life including dinosaurs and other land reptiles, flying pterosaurs, sharks and fish. 

This is a collection of genuine fossils found in that region.  They are mostly fragments of dinosaur and other reptile bones, with occasional bones and armor scales from prehistoric sharks and very large fish, as well as carapace fragments from extinct turtles.  Perfect for shops, teachers, schools, civic groups, gifts or kids fossil hunts.  Each piece is natural and uncleaned, as found.  For those starting out learning fossil cleaning and preparation, these pieces would be perfect for practicing.  This collection would also make a fantastic way to introduce a child to the fascinating world of science and paleontology.
