Product Description
The extinct Carcharocles angustidens species of shark is the first in the lineage of extinct Great White Sharks and is considered the second generation of giant White sharks preceding the notorious C. megalodon shark. This shark shows features of its teeth that later Meg dropped, namely, the cusplets flanking the crown. While not perfect with very slight natural feeding wear, this is a fine grade fossil Angustidens shark tooth. It shows a sharp, undamaged tip, excellent enamel, a complete root and overall, excellent preservation. It is complete and unbroken with both unbroken side cusplets. The naturally lustrous enamel is accentuated by the beautiful jet black root.
Very few North America Angustidens teeth of this quality are found!
