CLICK HERE TO LEARN MORE ABOUT DELTADROMEUS
This is a posterior tooth from a Deltadromeus agilis. Unlike teeth from dromaeosaurs where the body is extremely laterally compressed and the denticles are finer, or Carcharodontosaurus teeth where the cross-section is more robust with a greater hook to the dagger-shape of the crown - this tooth exactly maintains the anatomical uniqueness of the other Deltadromeus specimens we have offered that separate them from the aforementioned dinosaurs. Preservation on this tooth is good with some enamel pitting but overall in good condition. It is COMPLETE WITH NO REPAIR OR RESTORATION. This unbroken specimen is a rare and recommended example from this "dromaeosaur-on-steroids", the size of a juvenile T. rex.
